For this SMD molded high current inductor, 4.7uH could carry 9 Amps of saturate current. The core material is low core loss and also excellent temperature stability, the inductance value will be similar from 25℃ to 125℃. It is able to meet the current requirement of high-density which will result in the high internal temperatures. Furthermore, the leakage of magnetic flux and audible buzzing will always be important point when doing the design. The molded power inductor also could avoid these two issues even in the high density mounting. The process of the molded will utilize the high pressure to let the gap between each particles as small as possible.
