4.7uH, 9A Low Loss Molded Power Inductor
Low profile shielded high current power inductor with 4.0mm height and up to 10uH inductance value. Typically the molded power choke need to support a ripple current without saturating. For this SMD molded high current inductor, 4.7uH could carry 9 Amps of saturate current. The core material is low core loss and also excellent temperature stability, the inductance value will be similar from 25℃ to 125℃. It is able to meet the current requirement of high-density which will result in the high internal temperatures. Furthermore, the leakage of magnetic flux and audible buzzing will always be important point when doing the design. The molded power inductor also could avoid these two issues even in the high density mounting. The process of the molded will utilize the high pressure to let the gap between each particles as small as possible. Hence, any vibrations in the winding are restrained by the molded construction and only little leakage of magnetic flux will happen.
