Shielded Flat Wire High Current Inductor, SEP1809E series (9.2mm height), which offers high current handling capacity, low DC resistance and low power loss. At 47uH, the saturate current (Isat) is up to 7Amps. The construction of this high saturate current SMD power inductor is not the same as molded type, inside the product, we utilize the flat wire wind on the core, and assemble it, the structure is magnetically shielded one. The core material is Mn-Zn core which feature low core loss and possesses excellent temperature stability. This surface mount high current inductor has a simple structure, therefore, has better reliability and without a molding process, the wire will not have the risk of damage during the production process.
